19/09/2019-Our work (preprint) to co-register the Big Brain atlas to the MNI ICBM152 and PD25 has been accepted in Scientific Data. The data repository contains high-resolution manual labelling of 11 subcortical structures available at OpenNeuro and Open Science Framework.
